Private Cottonwood MVD FooteWork Auto License and Title Service (www.FooteWork.com) recently launched driver license services, complementing their existing motor vehicle services including comprehensive vehicle title work, registration and license plates.
FooteWork of Cottonwood offers drivers licenses, AZ State IDs and Child IDs.
Northern AZ’s First State Authorized MVD Third Party Provider
FooteWork launched its first office in 1998, and was Northern Arizona’s first state authorized MVD third party provider. Today, FooteWork operates four offices throughout the region. In April, 2014, the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT.gov) began authorizing third party MVD providers like FooteWork to issue drivers licenses. The driver license services that a private company like FooteWork provides are identical to the state offices. Today, three of the four FooteWork Auto License and Title Service offices issue Arizona driver licenses, child Identification cards and state identification cards. Some of the advantages of using a private, third party MVD provider are shorter wait times, more personalized service, and more convenient hours since many third party providers like FooteWork of Cottonwood are open on Saturdays.
“We are currently issuing drivers license Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm at our Cottonwood offices, and we are also open on Saturdays 9am-12noon, currently only providing motor vehicle licensing and registration services,” says Travis Baldridge, General Manager, FooteWork. “We encourage our customers who would like to apply for a new drivers license or acquire a duplicate drivers license because they have recently lost theirs, to call our Cottonwood office to schedule an appointment to ensure the best service. For those who live in the Prescott or Prescott Valley areas, we also issue drivers licenses, child identification cards and state identification cards out of those offices as well.
