Driver License services will begin at FooteWork Auto License and Title Service, Prescott Valley, September, 2015!
Driver License and Arizona state IDs will be issued at FooteWork of Prescott Valley, AZ. starting in late September, 2015. FooteWork’s Prescott location began issuing drivers licenses and IDs earlier this year.
FooteWork is an ADOT authorized third party mvd service provider with locations in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Williams and Cottonwood, Arizona.
FooteWorks’s driver license and Arizona state ID services include:

- Driving test
- Driving permits
- Driver license reinstatements
